Sizes

S (M, L, XL)

89 (98, 107, 114) cm bust

35 (38.5, 42, 45)” bust

Gauge

18 sts and 24 rows of sc = 10cm x 10cm (4” x 4”) with 4 mm

Note

Mine does look a little different because I bought my white yarn in Álafosslopi instead of Léttlopi like the silly sausage I am and had to improvise.

Yours will probably end up looking a lot better if you use the right yarn.

Yoke

On each sleeve, mark the 6 [7, 8, 9]th stitch from the beginning of the last row, and the 6 [7, 8, 9]th stitch from the end of the last row.

On the body, mark the centre of each armpit (as it is not straight, this measurement depends on how you would like the garment to sit).

Make sure to pay attention to your wrong side/right side for this part!

Row 1: sc along the body until you are 5 [6, 7, 8] sts away from your first underarm marker. Continue working in the first marked st of the arm, sc around the arm until you come to the next marked st. Once you have worked this st, continue working into the 5 [6, 7, 8]th st after the marker on the body.

Continue to sc along the body until you are 5 [6, 7, 8] sts away from the second marker. Repeat the same process for the second arm as for the first arm. Sc to the end of the row of the body, ch 1, turn (240 [256, 272, 288])

Rows 2-54: work pattern and decreases as shown in Chart 3. Do not finish off, continue the neckband.

Finishing

Join yarn at one of the bottom corners, working up the opening, sc evenly along. When you reach the neckband, use these scs to sl st the opening on the edge closed.

Finally, attach the zip using the method of your choice starting from the top of the neckband down.
